For sensitive skin we recommend you use the mask up twice a week.

For combination or oily skin we recommend you to use the mask 3 times a week.

Absolutely! Our JOOJ Clay Mask contains organic and all natural ingredients. No nasties of any kind. 

However if this is your first JOOJ experience, we recommend you take a look at the ingredients to see if you are allergic to anything on the list. Then test the mask on the inside of your elbow, to see how your skin reacts. If you have any irritation, please discontinue use. 

 Your skin may turn a little red after you rinse it off. This means the active ingredients did their job. The redness will disappear within 30 minutes.

Our Application Spatula is great for mixing and gives fast, easy application of your mask. Using the spatula is far more hygienic than fingers, as fingers contain a lot of bacteria and that's the last thing you want in your facemask.

Once applied leave for 10 minutes as this is all you need to see results. 

To Remove: Remember the skin on your face and neck is delicate, so don’t rub or scrub. Simply wet your JOOJ Face Mask remover with lukewarm water and gently wipe off your mask. The super soft microfibers on our remover pad hold onto the clay mask, removing it effortlessly, making sure your face is fresh and clean.

We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels to AUS.

Standard shipping within AUS takes between 3-7 business days.

We use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels to UK

Shipping within UK takes between 2-7 business days

To all other countries, please allow approx 15 business days. Once your parcel arrives in your country, it will be handed over to your shipping services. 


Once your order has been processed, unfortunately we cannot change the address. Please ensure you triple check your details when making your order. If you have changed your mind about your order, you will have to wait for it to get to you and then you can return your order in original condition back to us, at your expense, for a refund. Also please note, there will be a cost of $10 from the refund amount held to cover the initial postal cost.
